How to amend or cancel your booking
Cancellation
To cancel your reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your booking.
2. If your reservation includes multiple transfers, open the
transfer you wish to cancel.
3. Click the Edit icon at the top right-hand side.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel booking.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
Amendments
To amend your reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your booking.
2. If your reservation includes multiple transfers, open the transfer you wish to amend.
3. Click the Edit icon at the top right-hand side.
4. Make the required changes.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Update booking.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your changes.
